Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Statutory Context & Legal Basis

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is drafted in strict adherence to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Turnaround Time (TAT) Framework for failed and reversed electronic transactions.

2. The 48-Hour Pre-Batch Cancellation Window

Students who purchase any monthly subscription pass (4 Sessions, 8 Sessions, or Unlimited Monthly) are entitled to an immediate cancellation with a full 100% refund under the following conditions:

• Cancellation Timing: The refund request must be lodged via our portal, email, or WhatsApp concierge at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session of the enrolled batch.
• Refund Amount: You receive 100% of the full amount billed. No payment gateway processing charges or administrative fees will be deducted.

3. Cohort Continuity & No-Pause Policy Once Classes Begin

Unlike generic gym memberships or static recorded video apps, Yog Connectify batches are live, small-group cohorts (max 35 yogis) where teachers reserve interactive seats and structure progressive monthly curricula:

• Unbroken Practice Discipline (Sādhana): Yoga yields profound neurological and spinal results through consistency. Active cohorts run consecutively without mid-month pauses.
• No Mid-Cycle Pro-Rata Refunds: Once the 48-hour pre-batch cut-off passes and the batch commences, the seat has been held exclusively for you, preventing other practitioners from joining, and teacher compensation has been committed. Consequently, mid-month cancellations or pro-rata refunds are not supported once classes begin.
• Flexible Makeup Sessions: If you fall ill, travel, or miss a session due to work emergencies, you do not lose your practice. You can freely attend alternative parallel slots hosted by your instructor within the calendar month.

4. Mandatory 3-Day Free Demo Pass (₹0 Trial)

To eliminate all uncertainty before committing financially, every Guru on Yog Connectify mandatorily provides a 3-Day Free Live Demo Pass (₹0):

We strongly encourage all prospective students to enroll in the 3-day demo first. This allows you to experience the Acharya's voice, camera feedback, and batch pace without providing a credit card or paying any fee.

5. Teacher Unavailability or Batch Cancellation

In the rare event that an instructor is unable to host a scheduled batch due to unforeseen medical reasons, bereavement, or tech failure:

• The teacher will schedule mutually agreed compensatory makeup classes; or
• If makeup sessions cannot be scheduled, Yog Connectify will provide a full pro-rata refund or credit for the affected sessions directly to your original payment method.

6. Refund Processing TAT & Banking Rails

Approved refunds are initiated immediately by our automated billing engine through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Cashfree Payments & Razorpay):
